You can return your orders within 14 days. ​
Please notify us of the return in advance via email ( info@subapet.com ). We will check this and you will be notified via email about the correct return address and next steps. ​
You can receive the refund in the form of a coupon or cash. Please send an e-mail with your full address in which way you would like to receive it. We also need the order and item number, as well as the quantity and reason for return. ​
You can return the product you purchased unused, in its original packaging or in a sturdy box, within 14 days from the date of receipt. ​

If your order contains a faulty or defective product, postage costs will be covered by Subapet GmbH. Otherwise, postage costs incurred must be covered by the customer. ​
You will receive a free receipt from the post office when you return your package. Please keep this in a safe place because in the event a package is lost, your return shipment can only be credited upon presentation of this receipt. ​
The purchase price will be refunded to the customer upon receipt of the goods. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the payment method you choose.
